Workouts last an hour. All ages will benefit as these excellent toning
tables that promote movement and flexibility without overloading the
muscles or injuring the client. Older people need this exercise for a
more fulfilled life, as well as young people. People with physical
limitations, such as arthritis and poor blood circulation will
benefit. A one hour toning session is equivalent to a 7 hour floor

| Leg Table
: tones and firms the entire leg. Concentrates
on reducing the inner and outer thighs, hips and buttocks through muscle
strengthening and endurance. Equivalent to a 2 mile walk. |
Sit up table
: works to tone the abdominal muscles,
reducing inches in the waist and hips and increasing overall flexibility.
Equivalent to 90 sit ups. |

| Stretching Table
: Stretches the body, strengthens and
tightens muscles in the abdominal and midriff areas. Arms and lower back
are strengthened. Bust line and ribcage are lifted creating a more

Twister Table : Alternately raises and lowers legs. The
simultaneous action works to firm, tone and reduce the the waist, abdomen
and hips. It strengthens the muscles in the lower back. Equivalent to 900
back kicks. |

| Circulating Table : Massages the body with a gentle
vibrating action. Increases blood circulation, reduces water retention and
relaxes tense muscles. Arm bar firms triceps, chest, back and shoulders. |
Stomach and Hip Table : Strengthens and tones the
abdomen and hips. It actually works to firm and lift the buttocks area and
the abdomen will benefit by the pelvic tilt. It will also help body
posture to improve. |
